Oh, no, no.  There's absolutely no evidence of a secret Jewish conspiracy to control US foreign policy and we, Walt and Mearsheimer, would never even think to admit the possibility of a shred of a fraction of a thought that this idea could exist in our heads or yours.  We know such things as secret conspiracies are laughed at in this day and age.  Ha, ha.  We will laugh along with you for a moment.  Aside from the idea's droller aspects with which we would never connect ourselves as we are serious academics, this medieval-style thinking would lump us in with Inquisitors and nazis - heaven forfend! They were so brutal and bloody.  We don't believe in being brutal and bloody.  We just believe in supporting those who do the dirty work for us...oops, did we just say that? Oh well, you all understand, we are sure.

But seriously, folks, while the thought that Joos are running US foreign policy secretly might be laughably anachronistic and reminiscent of stupidity and ignorance of the past, the truth is (and we want to shout it from the highest ivory towers), the Israel lobby is running US foreign policy but they are doing it right out in the open.

You see the difference?  Speaking of "secret" conspiracies is anti-semitic and stoopid and we would never do that.  But out-in-the-open plots and manipulation?  Another matter completely, of course.

Hamas Children's Magazine Glorifies Martyrdom - C. Jacob (MEMRI)
    The Hamas children's magazine Al-Fateh is published biweekly in London, and is posted online at www.al-fateh.net.
    In stories, poems, riddles, and puzzles, the magazine includes incitement to jihad and martyrdom and glorification of terrorist operations, as well as characterizations of Jews as "murderers of the prophets" and laudatory descriptions of parents who encourage their sons to kill Jews.
    In each issue, a regular feature titled "The Story of a Martyr" presents the "heroic deeds" of a mujahid who died in a suicide operation or who was killed by the IDF.
    The magazine includes illustrations of child warriors, presenting them as role models. The magazine's titular character, Al-Fateh ("The Conqueror"), is depicted as a small boy on a horse brandishing a drawn sword.

Israel, U.S. Flags Trampled at Koran Exhibition in Iran - Dudi Cohen (Ynet News)
    At the International Koran exhibition hosted in Tehran during Ramadan, U.S. and Israeli flags were placed on the floor at the entryway, forcing visitors to walk on them on their way in - symbolically trampling Iran's enemies.

Trampling US and Israel flags is common in Iran. Ever since the Islamic revolution swept the country in 1979, the sights of burning or trampled US and Israel flags, along with signs calling for the destruction of the two, have been seen in almost every one of the anti-West demonstrations stages by the regime.

Using flags as doormats is considered a small protest against what Iran calls the "big devil" and the "little devil" – the former being the US and the latter – Israel.

Al-Qaeda Cell May Be Loose in U.S., British Plot Hints - Eli Lake
Intelligence gleaned from last month's British "doctors plot" of car bombers suggests that a Qaeda cell is on the loose in the American homeland. E-mail addresses for American individuals were found on the same password-protected e-mail chains used by the UK plotters to communicate with Qaeda handlers in Europe, a counterterrorism official said Sunday. "Because of the London and Glasgow plot, we now know communications have been made from al-Qaeda to operatives in the United States," the official said. "This plot helps to connect a lot of stuff."
    The commander for the U.S. Northern Command, Air Force General Victor Renuart, said in an interview on July 25: "I believe there are cells in the United States, or at least people who aspire to create cells in the United States." Two of the British plotters tried at one point to enter America using visas for medical workers. (New York Sun)

Hamas Forced Christian Professor in Gaza to Convert to Islam - Khaled Abu Toameh (Jerusalem Post)
    Fatah officials in Ramallah claimed over the weekend that Professor Sana al-Sayegh, the dean of the science and technology faculty at Palestine University in Gaza City and a member of the tiny Christian minority in Gaza, was kidnapped by Hamas militiamen who forced her to convert to Islam against her will.
    "She was kidnapped and held for two weeks during which time she was not allowed to contact her family," Fatah officials said.
    Two weeks later the family was summoned to a meeting with some of Hamas Prime Minister Haniyeh's aides, who were accompanied by Sayegh.
    The family was told that she had converted to Islam and married a Muslim man.
    When her stunned mother asked her if this was true, she nodded her head, murmuring: "Yes, God has guided me through the right path."

Palestinian Rockets Ignored Abroad - Yitzhak Benhorin (Ynet News)
    Palestinian rocket attacks on Sderot have received very little coverage in world media, despite the heavy barrages that have been going on for the past three days.
    Only when Israel began to respond to the attacks by aerial bombings, cannons and tanks did this part of the world receive attention from the American media.
    An American television producer explained that, as sad as it may sound, Sderot is a story that has been going on for years, and is no longer news.
    The producer added that there are very few injuries in Sderot, and images of shock victims do not sell.
    The moment that the IDF began to retaliate, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict went back to making headlines.

Dormitory Lockdown - - in Moscow

It's those skinheads celebrating hitler's birthday again.  Because balloons and cake are just not enough:

MOSCOW — A leading Moscow university ordered its foreign students on Thursday to remain in their dormitories for the next three days because of fears of ethnic violence before Adolf Hitler's birthday, students said.

Hundreds of students at the prestigious Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy were told to stock up on food and warned they would not be let out of the dormitories through Saturday in an attempt to protect them amid a marked rise in hate crimes.

Ethnically motivated violence tends to increase in the days leading up to and after Hitler's birthday on April 20, when some members of ultra-nationalist organizations shout slogans and stage attacks on dark-skinned foreign and other non-Slavic-looking people.

The measure at Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy did not appear to be exclusive. Other universities and organizations have in the past also warned foreigners of possible violence ahead of Hitler's birthday. In Moscow, authorities have closed down some outdoor markets over the last couple of years where many traders are foreigners.

Liah Ganeline, a second-year student at Sechenov from Israel, said authorities have locked down her dormitory in southern Moscow — which houses about 500 students from Asia, Central Asia and the Caucasus region — every April 20 for the past several years. She said officials call it a fire safety drill.

She said another dormitory housing several hundred students in central Moscow was subject to similar restrictions.

Ganeline said, however, that all students were aware of the real reason, and noted that someone had scrawled the word "skinheads" over an announcement of the lockdown posted on a dormitory wall. Last year, she said, a group of skinheads threw firebombs at the dormitory building after shouting offensive slogans and giving the Nazi salute.

...Russia has seen a marked rise in racism and xenophobia over the past several years, with nonwhite or dark-skinned residents, foreigners and Jews bearing the brunt of the violence. According to the human rights center Sova, which monitors xenophobia, 53 people were killed in 2006 and 460 others were injured in apparent hate crimes.

Activists say authorities do little or nothing to combat the problem and that obvious hate crimes are regularly classified as mere hooliganism.

Alexander Brod, head of the Moscow Bureau for Human rights, said authorities should do more to prosecute hate groups and protect foreign students rather than subject them to restrictions.

"The activity of radicals is significantly increasing," he said. "But the decisions of the university officials ... must not violate the freedom of movement of foreigners."
