NBA is boring

ok the NBA is officially boring. You now have a few teams that look like they will challenge for the championship and the rest of the teams look weak.

Miami was supposed to be the best team in the NBA but that right goes to San Antonio.

Boston Celtics look tough and the new look Orlando Magic are now on fire.

In the west you have many strong teams like San Antonio, Utah, LA Lakers, Dallas and OK City.

After those teams the NBA is boring with no real good matchups. The CBA is really going to put a dent into this league.

US security is going too far for international travelers

I saw this horrible video at webtvhub which shows that the US government is now demanding dna samples and finger prints from international travelers, you can see the video here at webtvhub.com. This whole war on terrorism is going too far.

NHL mid season report

The 2010-2011 NHL season is about half way done with the All Star game approaching. Some teams have caught fire while others are just completely falling apart.

Hot Teams

Tampa Bay Lightning are on fire and this happens when Steven Stamkos is playing well. Right now he is scoring goals and the team is winning as they are now competing for first place in their conference. Now they have Dwayne Roloson maybe they can play even better.

Vancouver Canucks are now playing their best hockey after an unusual start to the season that had people wondering if this team was legit or not.

Carolina Hurricanes have put together a win streak of their own and now look like they might make the playoffs.

Cold as ice teams

New Jersey Devils are now the worst team in the NHL. Martin Brodeur is having an average year but the team is last in the league in the goal scoring department. Ilya Kovalchuk has officially ruined a once great and legendary franchise and the pain of his contract will probably be felt for 10 years.

Edmonton Oilers are competing for last in the NHL, their coach Tom Renney was stupid enough to predict they would make the playoffs and now have injury problems to deal with. Loser.

brutal broke nose Brandon Vera by Thiago Silva

At UFC 125 Thiago Silva fought Brandon Vera in the light heavyweight division and this fight wasn't even close at all. If this game was only standup it would have been fireworks but Silva's ground game was too powerful for Vera to do anything about it.

At the end of the first round Thiago Silva stood on top of Vera and started clapping urging him to fight.

Near the conclusion of the third round with Thiago on Brandon's back he wasn't defending himself so Silva started to bitch slap him which irked Vera. Then at some point in the rough Thiago landed a powerful punch that badly broke Brandon Vera's nose.

At the end of the fight you could see Vera looking at himself on the monitors and realized how horrible he looked. He at least was a good sport about it and took off his hat to show the crowd which gave him a loud ovation.
