Internet Antisemitism
Below are comments found beneath a post on a leftist blog which complained about "far right fanantics" of the Jewish persuasion who allegedly were smearing Obama with "AIPAC-oriented hit pieces":

If Obama gets the nomination and the Shlomos try to pull more of this crap it is gonna get UGLY! They are gonna wish they'd never started it.

Nice threat, but we are prepared this time. - Shlomo
Yeah. You go, Shlomo.
I have read enough hideous antisemitic lies and threats on the internet (what I cited above was mild compared to much of what I come across) to last me many times more than a lifetime. It's very bad, and it seems to me to have gotten more overt and frequent over the past couple of years.

I remember seeing blatant anti-semitism in Usenet discussion groups, long before there was a Web. It was scary to read then. Now, I stay away from lefty sites, because I don't care to read any more of that stuff. Anti-semitism in a suit and with college degrees is often the worst.

I try to stay away from it too, but keep inadvertently stumbling across it. Even on YouTube, when I am searching for Jewish music - so many videos seem to have anti-semitic,anti-Israel, and anti-Zionist comments.
