That Time of Year

I just got excited when I saw it was 36 degrees outside.  This morning when I drove daughter school, it was only 25. Heat wave!  Ya-hoo!

hooray heat wave

Hmmmph. Florida dwellers.

Where do you live Gail? I really miss very cold weather and SNOW!! Only the 'Russians' and I say "It isn't very cold!"

I live 1/2 hour south of Washington DC. Despite my complaining, I actually love the change of seasons. The cold makes me appreciate spring and summer that much more, I think. The nice thing about this area is that we don't generally get more than a couple of big snowstorms each year, spring comes relatively early, and summer lasts relatively long. I have family that live in Rhode Island and they've been inundated with tons of snow already. I really have no right to complain.
