Terrorism must be confronted every place it it found. This should not be a debate or discussion. The post-9/11 sophistry about "One person's terrorist is another person's Freedom Fighter" gets innocents killed. Terrorism has no legitiate claim to respectability in any place that has a peaceful change of government by free elections. Interestingly, terrorism seldom occurs in countries that lack free elections...
Will the world finally grow tired of slogans, thugs, bullying and the hijacking of society by the few and the violent- as the French have with their train strike-?
When will the rest of Europe and these United States grow tired of slogans, thugs, and various -isms that have plagued the world these past 100 years-? Will we see the New Generation reject these failed philosophies or must we all be trapped in a generational "Ground Hog's Day" repeating the political cycles of the 20th Century...?
