I don't feel offended, just slightly disgusted. I really don't care what she says. It's more that, like Margaret Cho, Silverman is one of these comediennes who has to rely on the vulgar or the edgy for their humor.

Certainly humor based on sex, religion, whatever has its place - humor wouldn't be humor without those areas! - but Silverman, Cho, and others don't appear to be creative enough to develop routines on much else. There have been many comics who became very successful and didn't need to stoop so low.
