At the very least...if the guy is "like" 85, and this post was written in 2005, then he would have been 22 to 25 during the years 1942-45. Not exactly a "kid."

While there are very legitmate reasons to disagree with the Bush administration about many things, the extreme predictions by jejune and unsophisticated commentators are now within a mere 18 months of being proven untrue forever...there was no draft in 2005, no war in central Asia with Russia and China, no "depopulation" of various U.S. states by germ warfare launched by evil Republicans...and while we may be living a country with a lot wrong with it...we are not living in a "global version of Nazi Germany."
